Preparing for Your Visit

Is there a fee to attend?
No. The MACES Annual Education Meet is completely free to attend. Simply register online to secure your place.
Who should attend the event?
The event is ideal for students planning to study abroad in 2027 or future intakes, as well as parents who would like to learn more about overseas education opportunities.
Do I need to register before attending?
Yes. Registration is recommended to secure your place, receive event updates, and help us provide the best possible experience on the day.
Do I need to bring any documents?
If you're only exploring your options, no documents are required. If you'd like personalised advice or wish to discuss your eligibility or apply, we recommend bringing your academic transcripts, certificates, passport and English test scores (IELTS, TOEFL or PTE) if available.
How will I meet university officers?
Simply visit the university booths that interest you. University recruitment officers will be available throughout the event to answer your questions about courses, scholarships, tuition fees and student life.
Can I meet more than one university?
Absolutely. You're encouraged to speak with as many universities as you'd like so you can compare your options before making a decision.
Can my parents attend with me?
Yes. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
I don't know which country or university is right for me. Should I still attend?
Definitely. The event is designed to help you compare countries, universities, courses and career pathways so you can make an informed decision.
Can I apply during the event?
In many cases, yes. If you have your documents ready, MACES counsellors and university officers can advise you on the next steps and begin or facilitate your application.
How long should I plan to spend at the event?
Most visitors spend between one and three hours depending on how many universities they wish to meet.
Will there be information about scholarships?
Yes. University representatives and MACES counsellors can explain available scholarships, bursaries and tuition discounts.
Will I receive follow-up support after the event?
Yes. If you continue your study abroad journey with MACES, our counsellors will guide you through university selection, applications, scholarships, visa processing and pre-departure support.
